I had my tooth extracted August 2019. Im still in pain and its April 2020. I have no feeling on my bottom right lip. My taste buds are gone and my tongue is numb. my chin is numb, tingling and burning 24/7. Yes. It was nerve damage. Im so depressed and cry often because of this procedure. They have not contact me to check on my well-being. Im so tried of this pain. He gutter my mouth like a was a dog.

Unfortunately the front office doesn't represent Dr. Pitts very well. I came in needed 2 crowns and a filling, then the pandemic occurred. I learned that although they took my insurance it was out of network so I had to look for another dentist. Number 1 they never sent my xrays to my insurance so nothing was started or approved for my to get my crowns or filling. I called asked them to mail or email my xrays over. 3 weeks later ready for my new dentist appointment they never received xrays and are unable to do the xrays again due to insurance. Thanks for wasting my time.

Dr. Pitts has been our family dentist for over a decade. The staff is wonderful and does everything to help in scheduling appointments. I've recommended Dr. Pitts to numerous friends and all of them have thanked me.

Dr Pitts fixed my chipped front tooth. The filling matches perfectly and everyone was really sweet to me.
