This place is absolutely wonderful! They saw me on an emergency basis, first time I'd been there. Dr. Winkler got me fixed up and took wonderful care of me! Everyone was so caring and put me at ease.

I really hate to have to leave a bad review, but unfortunately I have to.The bedside manner here is very poor. I went in to have a tooth extraction and left in tears. Firstly, I requested to have nitrous during my procedure. The dentist claimed to not have seen it on my paperwork and began administering the numbing medication. A lady walks in and says Didnt you want nitrous??! After a second look it was found on the second page in which the dentist responds oh I dont ever look at that page. Secondly, not only was I pretty much tortured, but the extraction was unsuccessful. My tooth was difficult to remove, which I completely understand. But after trying for a while and after I started crying from all the tugging, pulling, drilling, and pushing, and that awful suction thing, he stopped and told me I dont want to keep torturing you Im just going to send you somewhere else to have the rest of it removed. His assistant then stuck a gauze in my mouth and he walked out. I was then handed a card with another appointment set at the NLR location and was told i was free to go. I was sent out of the door with no after care instructions or anything. I had to call later on to ask them if a prescription had been sent over to my pharmacy in which the girl on the phone replies ohumm what pharmacy do you use? I have never been treated like this EVER, but I guess thats what I get for being desperate for some relief. Now Im in even more pain than I was before. Please consider going somewhere else.

Dr. Winkler and staff were amazing!! It felt very warm and welcoming!! Kristen, the girl at the front, was so kind and happy, she explained everything I needed for my insurance! Everyone was so awesome!
