We sent Chanel some pictures of the vibe & colors we were going for (lots and lots of greenery!) & she sent back the most detailed flower proposal with everything we wanted & more.

I placed an order for my Mom for Valentine's Day on Wednesday the day before. They told me it would be delivered before 12 noon. I stopped by this place on my way home from work and was told they were loading it now to be delivered. I told them I would take it. They came out with the bouquet and it had cream Roses not purple roses I had order. They took it back and put some purple Roses in it. Then I said I had also ordered a balloon to go also. They went to get my balloon and the said it got away from them. Guess what, they didn't have another balloon that was ordered. So I had to pick out something else. They did give me a small bear. Writing this I just remembered I had payed them for delivery and didn't get that fee back. Very bad service. Need more people to make things happen in a timely manner.
