If I could leave 0 stars I would. A careless driver that this company represents hit my car in the parking lot. They basically offered me a buyout check, which I will say I gladly accepted.
Check was to be mailed on April 2nd, according to claims adjuster Brandi Rodriguez. We are sitting here at April 15th, and I still don’t have a check. Called Brandy Rodriguez to see why a check in the mail would take 13 days. Not really her area or problem I was told. Luckily this is not my insurance company, but I am being forced to deal with them, and her. Terrible.

The worst workers comp ins ever!!!!!!! My son had surgery almost 4 weeks ago and still havent recover a check
