Horrible living conditions for fleas and roaches to terrible management. Should also mention i don't own any pets, so it had to come from neighbors. Not to mention smells like weed all the time if neighbors smoke it up. If you have any complaints or questions that they don't like, they won't answer it and ignore it. Say good bye to your sleep if you are on the first floor of any apartment building because you will hear every footstep made and furniture being moved. Can hear outside very cleanerly as well if you have loud neighbors.

Real - tenant review | Do NOT move to these apartments (for several reasons).

Understand this complex was built 54 years ago; galvanized steel plumbing - Not the new PEX 2000's up to date plumbing. Galvanized steel rust. That's the reason the water color is yellow'ish when you 1st turn on the faucet. After it runs for awhile, it'll eventually turn clear. The water coming our of the faucet is dirty, highly acidic (i tested the PH) & will cause cancer over time.
ALSO, the water does not get hot often. You'll get ready to take a shower or wash dishes & the hot water will be cold. Took them 2 weeks to fix, for me to have hot water, meaning i had to go 2 weeks without water but still had to pay full rent that month.

You'll have to send in maintenance request FREQUENTLY.
The maintenance men don't respect your space. They track dirt from their shoes all throughout your house when they enter inside your place. You'll have to vacuum & wipe down everything EVERYTIME you submit a maintenance request. Also, they move things around but don't put them back the way they were before they arrived in your home. They leave screws & nails behind & don't clean up if they need to fix something. It's better to just fix things yourself, if you can, if it doesn't require a licensed tradesman.

They TOW vehicles even if you are parked in front of your own apartment & won't notify you prior to towing. They only allow 1 vehicle. There is NOT enough parking. It's $500 to get your vehicle out, even if you see them towing your vehicle away & you contact them before your vehicle even arrives at the tow storage facility. Yes. You read that correctly ---> $500 for less then 24 hours.

They don't allow you to have fish, fish tanks, bar-b-que grills, candles, etc... Basically, you're NOT allowed to have a normal living experience.

You can pay the same amount at many other apartments &/or houses. Do not waste your time or money for a lower standard of living when you can go elsewhere for a better standard of living for equal or lessor monthly cost.

I have lived at Legacy Pointe for 1.5 years all I can say is I love my place. Office staff and maintenance team are great.

Cheap rent & handy maintenance guys is what the star is for but terrible management team. Definitely do not recommend as a first choice very shady practices come with this place, very pathetic.

This place will do anything to keep the deposit. Somethings are the responsibility of tenant other things are actual normal wear tear to be expected by apartments. Apparently it cost extra $190 to fill in a thumb tack. Dont waste your money and time everything is janky, breezeways stayed dirty the whole year I was there, rats & raccoons running through the breezeways as well got videos to prove it too. Unless you really need a place to stay save yourself them time.

This has by far been one of my favorite places to call home. Ive lived here for 2 years and its been my fav. The only bad thing about this place is they will not be accepting vouchers anymore lol . Other than that I loved staying here Mrs.Carolyn Henry is the most awesome, genuine, and caring lady ever she is so understanding and motherly you literally just have to communicate with this lady and thats all and she will work with you through hell and fire. I loooovve the maintenance. Pedro is always responsive and the most trust worthy maintenance man I know Im going to miss that. Go get a home here they have tons of newly renovated units mine was not renovated but still marvelous to me lol !! Im definitely sad I have to leave after my lease is up, but Ive grown so much living here. I love you legacy Pointe, Ghan and cooper, and your team. Cantrell heights fell into the right hands.
