        I never have a problem with their burgers. The best if you ask me. But this fish plate was Not what you would expect for a fish plate. Disappointed with this one.

        I travel through all of South Arkansas for my job. As I travel, I always ask around for recommendations from locals that I work with and my Facebook friends. Everybody I talked to said I have to try Ray's while in Monticello. I went there 3 or 4 times and thought it was ok. Good onion rings. But after trying this place, I found myself wondering why in the world anyone would go to Ray's during the operating hours of City Drug. Super fresh and delicious. And the people are very friendly. Highly recommended.

They are a locally owned n operated pharmacy that have stayed true to the small town warm welcoming attitude that more business need around here. Highly recommend them (and the 'open face chili burger' is awesome too
