I had to give at least one star to give a review but that one star is not deserved. Do not rent from this company, arkansas laws protect slumloards and these people will prey on you. We moved in on a flea infestation of the worst kind in which we had to pay for out of pocket, a very expensive process... Nothing was ever fixed so we completed our lease and moved. We even let them know we were moving out before hand and are now being sued for a thousand dollars for no reason at all. Do not rent from durofoam properties .....
