Our vehicle was left on 4-7-22 and they told us we had to leave it there to have warranty work done on it for a oil pan gasket leak, we told them we would bring it back the day they could fix it but they said if we took it out of line it would have to go to the end of the line. While it was on the lot a hail storm came, the Lot call and told us, but said they would take care of it, then called back 3 hrs later and said that it was "an act of God" and they aren't responsible, So the hail storm happened on Monday, & if it had been with us it would have been in the garage, they didn't even fix the car until Wednesday, Thursday 4-13-22 or 4-14-22 . We would have gladly had it there the days they needed it, I was without a vehicle for 1 week, I think it's asking too much for people to leave their vehicles that long, and then pick it up with over $7000 worth of hail damage.
