Dr.Ferguson is excellent , on the other hand really needs new front desk employees. as holly is really rude and doesn't know how to talk to people and explain. definitely dont recommend talking to her. as she chose to say yeah i dont care what she said , i do billing etc. instead of explaining !

I was told every single tooth that she looked at had a cavity. I could hardly believe that so I went and got a second opinion and was told that this information was incorrect. I have talked with others and they said that she often lies and makes up what is wrong and they have gone and gotten second opinions and she is wrong. Every. Single. Time. I asked her for a refund and she said she would not give me one since dental work is subjective having a cavity or not is not subjective and when many people have this issue it is not everyone else. Please do not let this woman lie and do fake work and steal money from yall. I will be contacting the dental board with my evidence and the evidence provided to me from several other individuals. Please stop corrupt dental work.
