    I first went to the shop (Like 3 months ago) and got a oil change. I left the shop absolutely pleased with the amazing customer service I received. The manager, speediness, and friendliness convinced me to return to the same shop. I went back maybe like 3 weeks ago and I got 4 new tires plus an oil change. The first time I went I got synthetic oil. That’s what was recommend to me because I am not promot with getting my oil changed on time. The second visit I wasn’t asked what type of oil I wanted and I thought it was probably because he saw in the system I had previously gotten synthetic oil. Well when I got my car back I asked if they had put synthetic oil because that’s what I got last time and it was what I wanted. The guy that helped me looked surprised and said no I put regular oil. I was disappointed but let it go because they were already closed by the time I got my car. Well today when I pulled out of my driveway I noticed there were oil stains where my car was parked. I got out of the car and checked my oil. My oil is almost completely gone! My car is leaking oil. How does this happen? Idk what the deal is but i am going back tomorrow morning to see what they can do about this. I’ll post an update. **UPDATE** I went I to the shop the following day and the manager took care of all my concerns. He was apologetic for the situation I was in. He educated me on the issue and it turns out the leakage in my car wasn’t their fault. Something in my car Is old and it’s possible that it’s leaking from there. I am extremely appreciative at the fact that he educated me and didn’t just say it wasn’t their fault. He offered me solutions and was kind about the whole thing. I left happier than my first visit and I will definitely be back. Thank you guys so much.

    CAL CRAFT IS CLOSED This was my first visit to Cal Craft and I was not disappointed in any way. Although the car is an older model Cadillac they did not try to sell me anything, at all. Andrew and all the technicians are honest, friendly, and display excellent customer service skills. We will see you the next time the old 2000 Cadillac Deville needs help!
