        Great customer service. Jocelyn took the time to assist me and explained everything and the phones different services to fulfill my needs especially since I am a Senior. I felt she really listened. I also want to acknowledge the tall gentlemen with the dark hair who assisted me the next day when I had a few questions on some of the phone operations. He was very understanding and helpful. I will continue to use this T-Mobile even though there is a closer location. Thank you for treating me like I do matter.

        All the employees are in the back and it's taking foreverrrrrr. All I came in for was to drop off a hub. Tons of customers and these people were horrible. They literally spent a ton of time just conversing with each other instead of helping the customers. They would simply put you in the "electronic line" in the tablet and then stand around literally staring at you. Lazy workers
