Quantum is great for my small business! I have the option of my customers paying the credit card fees rather than me paying them and it saves a lot of money! Al is my representative and he is seriously AMAZING! He's on top of any issues I come across, which have really just been me wanting to change a few things on my end. I highly recommend him! Quantum Electronic Payments are the best in the business of Merchant Service. My point of contact is Alyssa Marincovich and she helped me setup my merchant account. They offered me free Terminal to use Tejawu with pin pad for debit transaction free of cost to use it, where as other big merchant services makes you sign a three year contract and charge $99.95 one time fee plus shipping fees. Alyssa gave me a free terminal with a over night shipping all free of cost. I can't be more than happy with them. The monthly fees is very minimal which I haven't see in my 15+ years of working with all payment processing companies. I plan to stay with Quantum Electronic Payments with years to come.
