East Hills Family Dentistry

My husband and I have been going to this clinic for many years. All the dental hygienists and assistants are very kind and well treat the patients. Dr. Chang is a so much pleasant person to talk and Norma at the office is always helpful. The facility is clean, in a good location, and well schedule the appointments so no long waiting. Plus, they never gave us any pressure for extra treatment. I highly recommend here!!

The East Hills Dentistry family is amazing! My whole family was looking for a new dentist when our insurance changed and we came across this office. So glad we did, they have been great! We all need a bit of catching up with our oral hygiene and they got us back on track without any hassle or tears . Would highly recommend their services.

I recently changed dentist and decided to use the same one my wife uses.Dr.Chang and her staff are Great!!! Dr.Chang took the time to explain everything about my dental appointment and how to do a better way of cleaning.Hygienist Amy did a very nice job in cleaning with extreme care and Norma the front desk/billing staff went over the paperwork with a friendly attitude.As a lot of reviews noted "Best Dentistry in O.C." Excellent interaction with all involved.

I don't know how I didn't complete and this review.  It's from last year but I still feel the same.  Awesome dental office.My daughter and I had our first visit today for an exam and X-rays. After our experience at our last dental office, we have been avoiding.  But it was time. So after people on "The buzz" recommended Dr. Chang and the reviews were great, we thought we'd give it a shot.  Well, I can't say enough good things.  From the minute we walked into the door, we were greeted immediately and both people in front were kind and friendly.  After we finished checking in, we were given a tour of the office. It's a very nice, clean, atmosphere. They take all necessary precautions for sanitizing and safety. They were on time. Every single person was friendly, professional and kind. Dr. Chang was very nice and very knowledgable. Everything was explained as we went along.  Then when I left I set up a cleaning appointment for next week.  My daughter was having her appointment, so I left and when I returned to the parking lot, I received a text saying they had a cancelation and would I like my cleaning. So I went back in and had a cleaning by the friendly and gentle hygienist Jenny.   My daughter had the same great experience and as we were driving out, she said "I really like this place." All in all this was a great experience and I would highly recommend East Hills Family Dentistry and Dr. Chang.

I highly recommend East Hills Family Dentistry. The staff is very pleasent and accomodating to a patients needs. Even though I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment it wasnt 10 minutes befoe a staff member escorted me in. Appreciated not having to wait until my schedled time before being seen by a hygentist.Richard Y
