Blossom Flowers

Ordered flowers for my bestie for her birthday. They arrived a day late. I called 4pm since tracking info showed ordered received but not even out for delivery. I was assured driver was right around the corner. I received and email confirming delivery, so I called the business, flowers we're not delivered.  They did show up-  a day late and choice of balloon selection disappointing. Obviously not reliable but I really don't like the deceit with being told they're around the corner and the false email of delivery confirmation.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My experience is the same as the other reviewers, except I was supposed to be a recipient. My sister from out of state ordered flowers for me as a surprise for my birthday. The flowers not only never arrived, but their customer service gave her complete runaround when she repeatedly tried to have them redelivered. After 3 days, all they offered was a $5 coupon and she finally gave up and told them to just cancel the order. Horrible service...how are they still in business??

My friend was turning 60 and her sister who lives out of state wanted to send a floral arrangement so she knew she was thinking of her. My friend was staying at our home the night of her birthday and the flowers were to be delivered at our home as a surprise. Nothing ever showed up. Multiple calls to their customer service, which sounded like it was outsourced and not the actual business, proved to be very disappointing each time. Needless to say, the flowers were never delivered and the florist never attempted to make things right to help salvage the disaster.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as I had a very similar experience as some of the others here. I ordered flowers on a Friday and paid to have them expedited for a funeral on Saturday. Not only did they not arrive to the funeral, but I never even got a notice to let me know that they were delayed over a day! Obviously, delivering to a funeral home the next day was not OK! Then on Sunday, I checked my order status again and it now said delayed yet another day! I would never use this company again! I never write any reviews, good or bad, but this was just horrible service.

This florist is horrible.  They didn't delivery the flowers to the funeral I ordered them for and paid in full upon order over phone.   I couldn't be at funeral and just found out from friend they were not there. Called the company a week after service for them to tell me it was too short of a order for it being made 4 days before service.  And I had made the phone call to them to order!  They never mentioned any of this to me on phone when I ordered, or by email. And didn't  refunded me the money until after I called to chase them down about it.
