The concierges have been incredibly helpful in answering my questions and going above and beyond to ensure our visit is perfect. I called on Monday, 4/8/24, to request a Cabana that was unavailable due to being outside the request window. The concierge inquired about our visit date and exclusively opened it for us. He was extremely accommodating and pleasant.
I also had a conversation with a female concierge, who was equally kind in answering all our questions regarding obtaining club-level access for those who are not members.
My husband and I are very excited to be staying with you when we return to Anaheim and appreciate everything you do!!!

wanted to take a moment to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Westin Anaheim. Despite high recommendations, our experience fell far short of expectations.
Throughout our stay, we encountered several significant issues that greatly impacted our comfort and overall satisfaction. Despite numerous requests, our room was never cleaned, and we were left without fresh towels. Additionally, the odor emanating from the
air system was extremely unpleasant, resembling stagnant water, which made our stay quite uncomfortable.
Despite assurances from the staff that the issues would be addressed while we were out enjoying our time at Disney, upon our return, we found no improvement. Despite their efforts to temporarily mask the odor with spray, the underlying problem persisted, and
we were left without a resolution.
Furthermore, the suggestion to move to a different room, albeit temporarily, was inconvenient, especially considering the logistical challenges of relocating with all our shower essentials.
As frequent patrons of Marriott properties across the US, we have come to expect a certain level of service and cleanliness. However, this experience fell far below those standards. As a family of three adults, it was particularly important for us to have a
clean and comfortable environment during our stay.
Additionally, the lack of attention to our concerns during check-out was disappointing. While the offer to pay for parking was appreciated, it does not adequately address the issues we encountered.
Moreover, our family members staying in the adjacent room also experienced similar issues, which further compounded our frustration. This was especially challenging given the significance of our family gathering, particularly as we navigate difficult times
with our mother's illness.
Despite the courteousness of the front desk staff, we ultimately felt that our concerns were not effectively addressed, leaving us feeling unsettled and dissatisfied with our experience.
I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and use it to improve the quality of service at the Westin Anaheim. We value our relationship with Marriott family and hope to see positive changes in the future. We also reached out to a manager and with zero help in this situation just a bunch of empty words.

Some items in our room were broken, like the suitcase stand and the wardrobe handle. We got there around 9pm and housekeeping staff were shouting to each other in the hallway. The beds were super comfy, but being charged for parking was very off putting. Maybe thats standard in Anaheim, but it gave us the feeling that the hotel was trying to claw for more revenue in spite of the already high room rates. If you come for Disneyland, leave your car here and walk or Uber to the park since they charge for parking too. We ate a late dinner at the bar and had the breakfast buffet. They were nice, but not earth shattering.

This is one of the best hotels in the area. The rooms here are beautifully decorated. This hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland. I stayed here as my employer hosted an event here. Staff is friendly and very attractive to every guest.
