I just had my water heater installed by Liquid Plumbing through Lowe's. I am very pleased with them. After I went to Lowe's, the next day Jay from Liquid Plumbing came to do the assessment. He was very nice, professional, and honest. He spent time answering my questions patiently. They were able to install my water heater the following day with a very reasonable price. Steve who installed the water heater did a great job, he was very knowledgeable and cleaned up well after he was done. The whole process of replacing the water heater was very smooth and easy because of them. I'm very happy with both Liquid Plumbing and Lowe's. I'll definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

This company employs some of the most rude, disrespectful, and downright dishonest employees. This company claimed that there was nothing wrong with my bathtub faucet yet there is leaking water. They simply did not want to perform the service because it cost too much under the home warranty plan. Avoid them at all costs as they will not provide you with professional or appropriate services. Alejandro spoke incredibly disrespectfully to my wife.Fortunately she was on the line with the home warranty company when he was assaulting her and we have a recording which we will be using to prosecute. Avoid this plumber at all costs and if you are assigned them by your home warranty company, object and save yourself a big headache. Service: Water fixture repair
