Very disappointing. I hired Gabriel to do my pool, he showed up a couple of times and then he disappeared. Text and phone messages have remained unanswered. If you read his response to Karen Schmidt, he says that "they respond to every call or text message" which is not true. I am still waiting to hear back from him since December 30, 2020. When he says that they have "a 24 hour complaint policy" it is not true either. You cannot file a complaint unless you talk to someone. And if your messages are not returned you cannot file the complaint. Very unprofessional attitude.

Thought had to replace our whole pump and motor until Gabe came out the same day and said it was just a part. All fixed!
