The bed sank on one side
I left an envelope with documents forgotten in the room and they took it to the front desk...i asked for it to ship it to me and i would ve paid for all the shipping expense and they told me to email them a shipping label...i did what they said and paid ups $98 label and they said needed to be scheduled a pick up by ups ...i asked them to please drop it off at a ups location and simply said no and no... ups off course didnt pick it up after 6 scheduled attempts and i had to do a 2000 mile round trip to come get my documents left behind.... terrible experience with a hotel that wants to compete with high end hotels

Great stop over en route Los Angeles. Nice double queen beds perfect for a family. Stayed with wife, daughter and mother. Breakfast was decent. Overall great value for money. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 More

Stranded by snow and paid almost $200 to be lied to when told at 4pm room not ready and check in is 4. I believe this to be a lie. Check in is 3. Typical overpriced place in overated filthy California, the most overated state in the US. Was also told my room had a fridge and microwave and had to throw away $30 of food when it had neither.
