Beware the contract the make you sign. In the beginning they get you to pay like a "1st and last month's rent" with the incentive that they give you the 13th month "free". We have triplets, one would think they would offer a multiple discount, no they do not. We were excited to get our 4 year Olds the best start in education as possible... but was hugely disappointed to learn how the system works. Your paying big bucks, for us over 900 a month for 3 children for twice a week for 45 min. In the beginning they had 1 teacher for two kids. So 1 of our children would be grouped with another. After a couple months.. those 45 min turned into 15 min sessions. Our children would just wiz through the lesson and that was it. Only when I gave our 30 day written notice of our intent to quit the program and listed our reason as not a good value for our money did the last 2 sessions bump back up to 45 min. At times during the session one of our daughters would come out to ask for help to use the restroom cause she either had no teacher that day or was nowhere to be found. As when they changed locations the students now go back into another room where parents can't see. When asked if we had any deposit returned, as it's 2 months of tuition you pay upfront, I was informed no, and they would send me a copy of the contract. Which I was expecting but feel is wrong given the fact that they charged us full price for all 3 children to be given lessons all at the same time. I'd felt a little different if we only had 1 child and that 1 child was getting the one on one attention for that kind of money. But to be paying full price and not even get the 45 min of tutoring we paid for each session is a rip off. And their loop hole is if you do not do a full 12 months you lose that "deposit". People are friendly there. But even the 2 kids per teacher when we were able to watch, the teacher seemed overwhelmed trying to teach two children at once. Just be aware of the contract and they will hold you to it, not fulfil the full time that you pay for, and even if you have a single child he/she will be grouped with another child. Wasn't the best experience but considered the last 30 days and our extra month "deposit" a loss and would not recommend them unless you have an older child who is struggling with their grades, maybe then our experience would of been different. They would of been a decent program if they did away with forcing parents into a 12 month contract, give the children one on one tutoring, and give back the deposit if a proper 30 day notice is given, and the child is given the full 45 min to hour that is paid for.
