Great customer services. The online site didn't work because I didn't have the account number. The person helping me provided that information and waited for me to fill it out again to make sure it worked. Didn't take long. Everything went through easily.

Will call you from 8:01 all the way to 8:59 for any amount of money they can get was sent here by western dental by mistake when I was thinking about suing them for malpractice and quickly told they would tell hp seats to delete my account but for those few days theyd call any time they could even when I explained my situation they didnt seem to believe me or care.

They are horribly unresponsive. I have messaged them many times, got no response from them whatsoever. For starters - they will re-age your debt. they will continue listing their account alongside the original creditors, even after payoff. And, if you're in the military - they will actively try to get your security clerance revoked.

If I could give them a Zero I would!! I received a call today and I didnt catch the ladies name Im not sure if it was Andrea but she was super rude yelling and talking over me! Lol so unprofessional telling me I had to go in the office right now! You Did NOT intimidated me lmao you keep yelling and waiting. I had already talked to the hospital for that bill.
