My second time here at ODG and let me tell you the front ladies in the office they are AMAZING super friendly were very patient with me with all my questions very very helpful the doctor Chung did an amazing job his assistant also amazing with my anxiety he made me feel so comfortable but the girls in the front WILL definitely recommend people to come here they were amazing not only to me but other patients that needed help thank you ODG DENTAL GROUP

Terrible place, I was supposed to get work done 3 months ago every time I call they say we will call and never do if I could give a negative star rating I would dont recommend anyone going here they will waste your time

Absolutely the worst customer service. No one explains anything they are completely rude and no one could give me the same answer or explain anything properly. Every sentence was a contradiction. Lie about how insurance works even though iv used my insurance for years and had my insurance tell me to ask for I did and they were unable to comply and were completely and utterly the most terrible receptionist.

I was referred to Ocean Dental on Wible Rd. a little while back for a root canal with curved roots. Im putting a review now because my work is complete now. Although not here because I went in for a root canal in order to get a crown. They took a couple x-rays. Then the front desk calls me up and says we can do it. I said, I havent seen the dentist yet. She said, thats ok. I also said , Im doing this in order to get a crown. She replied that after the root canal you will not be able to put a crown. I did not schedule for the appointment, as I explained to the receptionist, why would I get the root canal if I cant get the crown, the whole point of the root canal . Id Just pull the tooth. I ended up having to wait months to get into a dentist out of the area in Delano. It took two appointments and the second appointment was two hours. They did a great job and I also have my crown from my dentist. Not sure if this is anyone elses experience but that was mine.
