Considering the price, it's amazing! I hope the staff doesn't change when the company switches over. Great staff! Breakfast is just waffles, cereal, milk, Tampico juice, hot cocoa and coffee. Microwave and fridge. I have been in three different rooms and they have been in three different levels of cleanliness. Still good, though. Main problem is hair in the bathroom, but I know that can be difficult.

This place is dirty DIRTY. I had hair from previous guests in my bathroom; a very thick layer of dirt under the bed; one of the towel was stained; a massive stain spill on the stairs; odd marks on the walls; and a very dirty outside of the dresser (I don't know how this was possible to achieve it looked like it was washed with dirt?). Your room will NOT be cleaned unless you put out a slip on your door (make you ask for this slip since we were not told about the policy or provided one!!) The service is awful at best. I was made to feel like I was under a dictatorship with the front desk woman coming to my door "because I was closing it too roughly" (note this was the middle of the day and I was pushing the door closed in a hurry because someone started smoking directly outside-- when I told the woman to ask the man to not smoke into our room she laughed this off ??) The manager will not take the time to help you out and his employees will yell at you. As the manager personally told me the standards haven't changed since 1988, that's probably the last time someone cleaned under the beds. The what I assume to be Indian man and woman working the front are not accommodating and extremely rude. The "breakfast" is watered down waffle batter and coffee that runs out before 9. Save your health and stay at the Best Western on the same plaza.
