I called about 5 different places in town and this place gave me the best quote for two full coverage cars. The lady that helped me was really nice.

This place is a scam and they're shady as all getout. They charged my Father in Law $200 in brokers fees, but it was no where on the receipt. The policy was under $1000, but they charged him $1205. We had to call to find out why there was a $200 difference.
When I found cheaper insurance for my Father in Law and he called up and cancelled, they told him he couldn't cancel, even though it was the same day. Then she said she had to talk to her supervisor.
So she calls back an hour later, saying he can cancel and get a refund, but that they can't refund it until Monday, as they were going to close(it was 5:30 and they close at 6:30). She said they couldn't give him a check because the man authorized to write checks had already left. She said he had to come in and swipe his card to do a refund and the entire time, she was saying about how you'll never pay the amount shown on a quote(except I have), pestering him about where he found cheaper insurance, admitted that only $100 of the extra cost was broker fees and the other $100 just went to their pockets and gave attitude the entire time.
When my Father in Law goes on Monday for his refund, they tell him they had to close early so they couldn't give it to him.
He calls early Tuesday and asks, as he doesn't want to be screwed over again. They tell him he has a half hour to pick up the check!
This place is rude, they charge hidden fees and don't even tell you about them and will make you run in circles if you ever want to cancel just so they can keep your money.
