Do not do business with State Farm! I am warning you. You will regret it. Someone backed into my car in a parking lot and when we go the insurance of the other driver, my heart fell, they had State Farm too. State Farm had to figure out a way to deny the claim because they couldn't go after the other drivers insurance. Their solution was to assign 50% blame to me in order to avoid paying. I was backed into in a parking lot. Their adjuster Jerah Rademacher and her manager Bob Miller was absolutely terrible. They represent everything that is wrong with State Farm. A fundamental, from the top, dysfunction within their company. After many letters, even to their CEO Michael Tipsord, I gave up and cancelled all my policies with State Farm.

Worst roadside assistance! I could not even believe it ! Especially for a really expensive insurance, i got a flat tire and the first time I called they seriously hung up on me, the process to get someone on the phone took 30 mins and the just hung up. I went through the 30 min process to speak to someone again and they said they will send someone. Waited 40 mins and called again to check what was taking so long and they said they hadn’t sent anyone out yet, they were still calling a towing company to come to me. and im still waiting. seriously unexpected experience from such an expensive insurance company.
