We contracted Mr. Marchant through Randy Urner Outside thinking we were in good hands. After paying Mr. Marchant 100,000.00 we have a condemned outdoor patio, noncompliant electrical and plumbing work, landscaping full of weeds and cattails brought in with the 'top-quality' soil he used. All concrete is cracking due to poor engineering. He did not follow the architect's recommendations for the patio structure and it has been condemned by the city. The gas line to the outdoor fireplace was never installed correctly. The estimated cost to fix his work is 50,000.00 Do NOT use this contractor!

I worked for Kris Marchant in 2015 before that I met him through the church I felt he was a true man of God as he helped me through problems I had as a young man but when I started working with him all that God stuff went out the window what I saw was greed and arrogance Mr big shot business owner it was a big disappointment remember Kris money is the root of all kinds of evil and it’s brought many men to ruin
