Do not use this company. They do not warrant their work. we had a main drain clog the technician side. It was from sludge. 48 hours later it clogged again. They said we would have to pay 500.00 again. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY.

Had them come out a few weeks ago to fix a slow leak in a sink drain. While they were here, also had them quote me to replace some old sink faucets (nothing wrong with them, just old). The quote was astronomical, almost laughable. Almost 4K in total. The service tech was in and out, taking photos, talking to his manager, on his iPad, in his truck out of his truck almost like they were conspiring on how to get the most money out of me. Long story short, my dad and I went to Home Depot and fixed the sink in an hour for 15 bucks. Look somewhere else for a plumber, these guys are out for your money.

Called rotor rooter out and Ben Evans. Who is the manager there sent three guys outs I have a problem with the mainvolved and they couldn't even find it. They wasted 3 hours out here, even wasting my time. They left and told me they'd be back with their manager in the morning to figure out another strategy. In the meantime, I called somebody else. And they came over and did it within a 1/2 hour. Everything worked. I called and canceled. Ben Evans did not even ask why? Shows you how much he cared.

My issue was with Ben Evans. He was condescending, and disrespectful, and treated me like I was an idiot. Not to mention that after I said I had been in construction while in the military, he decided it was necessary to mansplain what drywall is. It was obvious that they did not want to do the work so they quoted me a ridiculous amount. I went with a different company that had a far more reasonable quote and who got the job done. Look elsewhere.

Tony was very professional, respectful and got the job done. He explained what he did and the warranty for his work. Great experience and done fast.
