My husband and I have had such a great experience with Synergy! Our first phone call was answered promptly and greeted with beautiful customer service! Not only was Johnnie so friendly but he speaks with true professionalism and was so knowledgeable. He has answered all our questions, both in office and over the phone and even went over our applications with us before officially accepting them. We are hopeful that we may rent one of their properties, but the process leading up to that decision was made so crystal clear and super easy by the kind staff they have working in the front office. Sunny the owner of this place is the most shady person I have ever done business with. I leased a commercial property from this guy for 5 years, and could never get nothing fixed in this unit. They ignore emails and phone calls and never return calls when you leave a message.

This is absolutely the worst property management I've ever dealt with. I dealt with a leaky roof for 5 years. And moved out because they never fix nothing and are impossible to work with
