used puls for a replacement iphone screen that was cracked. they were fantastic. easy to schedule online and easy to change the time/date if needed. the technician texted me before arrival, was very professional, and did a great job repairing the iphone screen. the iphone repair was done at my office in less than 30min. so convenient to have a mobile repair technician! would definitely use this service again.

Complete Rip Off; total bait and switch! I couldn't set up an appointment online, so I called to set up an appointment. I said I wanted my TV and sound bar mounted above the fireplace with the wires hidden in the walls. The tech showed up and said the cord concealment wasn't on the order, and that he can't do that since it's above a fireplace. So all he did was drill the TV mount and Sound Bar mount on the wall charged me $340 dollars. I could have done that myself for free. The whole reason I called Plus was to conceal the wires; if I had known he wouldn't do that I would have canceled the order. When I contacted their "Gurantee" representative, they said that is the price I was quoted. So, if you want to get totally ripped off, go with PULS.

Complete rip off. So called technician came to see what's wrong with my washer and misdiagnosed it. The guy did not know what the heck he was doing said he was gonna order part that wasn't even needed. Took my money and never heard back from them. Will be calling BBB asap.
