Rent-A-Center

Literally I cant Believe I just rented tires from Rent-A-Center!! What a true blessing. Ive been needing tires so long and they are so expensive. Today Was a great experience! German and Carlos really helped me understand the process and They gave Superior Customer service! I had many question and concerns and they were great breaking it down for me. Not overwhelming or complicated!! If your reading this and been wanted or in my case needed some tires but didnt have a huge amount to work with, this is the way to go! and Im building my credit at the same time( they report after you pay off the item you buy to the major 3) Great day!! They were supposed to pick up my stuff Tuesday between 4-6pm. I had even called at 5:45 which they said someone should be arriving in the next hour. I'm supposed to be moving out of state tomorrow which will probably won't happen now that I will be waiting around all day for them to pick up. Also, I've been paying for a washer and dryer matching set and never received my drier. They said two weeks ago they "might" be able to find a matching set but why when I'm not taking it across the country.

I personally have not had a single issue with any of the employees. Matter of fact the employees have been the reason I come to the store. This is the only rent a center I have been to that 3 employees knew my first and last name without having to look at a computer. As far as helping me with any issues they did what they could

Don't call they'll leave you long time on hold and bad costumer service.......
