Zero stars......Nafeth Iriqat is a thief. Plain and simple. He will come to your home, fake a air test, collect a swab sample. He doesn't have readings or samples tested. He is con and a chronic liar. He will write a letter and not back it up with the lab results. Which means the letter is worthless. Get ready to take him to court if you are unfortunate enough to call this idiot.

I hired this company to get rid of a strange odor.  They did two different treatments and the odor did not go away. I requested a refund as promised on their contract. That was a month ago and I still have not gotten my money back. He said he would refund, but he "had to get an ok from his partners". Now they are blocking my calls and not responding to my emails. I don't recommend using this company.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS". This "Adam" guy AKA "Nafeth Salah Iriqat" (if that's even his real name), is a con artist & a fraud. He claims to be a scientist & a licensed mold inspector but couldn't show proof of a license. I never even got my lab assessment results as promised, until I had to threaten to sue him for scamming me & fraud!!! He came over to do a "mold inspection" but wasn't even willing to climb up into my attic to inspect the source of my roof leak up there . He claimed his little scanner gun can detect mold 1000 sqft away so he just poked his head up there & refused to go in. Why not climb up there, take samples, take pictures, and at the bare minimum LOOK AROUND?? He promised to have my results in 2-3 days which was a lie. I had to keep following up with him to ask whats up & he kept telling me "tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow." NEVER RECEIVED IT so eventually I told him I'm gonna file a lawsuit to get my $595 back & report his ass to the BBB. Funny, after that he fabricated some results to me the very next day. Reviewing the documents, it had someone else's name as the inspector, the dates of inspection were incorrect, & there were typos everywhere. I told him this needed to be fixed and sent back to me immediately. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. Stay away from this "business" as it is as shady as shady can be. Adam himself has also left great reviews here on yelp for this business, which is against yelp policy as he is affiliated with the business. Don't trust any of the good reviews here, as Adam probably wrote them himself. I only resorted to him as I needed an inspection immediately & he was able to show up the next morning. Now I know why he was so readily accessible, as the more reputable companies were booked already in advance

These people ripped of my landlord. Period.We had mold in our Berkeley Cottage, found this--Adam Iriqat's --company on line, talked on the phone-- he sounded extremely knowledgeable and personable. He scheduled his relative Hazem to come out to collect samples, which he did. My landlord paid them $695 which was to cover the initial mold testing, a full report w recommendations for mold remediation, and a follow up testing after the remediation was done. Hazem- also a very personable guy (and even a self professed cat lover) came and collected the samples. Then the runaround began- the report was promised for a few days later, my landlord contacted them and they said they were working on it and made another promise to deliver by the following day or something,--no report. I think my elderly landlord addressed them one more time after that, and received one more promise of the report (which never came) before he gave up and accepted that he'd just been ripped of for $695 and there was nothing he could do about it. We never received a report, never any follow up--NOTHING. It's not my money (I'm the tenant) so I can't take them to small claims court, but I may yet persuade my landlord's son to do this because this was WRONG-- ripping off an elderly landlord??!!! Come on!! Ripping off anyone? Wasting my time and energy? This corrupt business needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! And my report to the Better Business Bureau will be forthcoming. Their abandonment of integrity and failure to honor a professional and financial agreement constitutes fraud- even though it seems they have scientific credentials- no integrity!.
