        I had a very good experience with Town & Country. It happened that we had to end an escrow because one of the purchasers passed away suddenly and the widow no longer qualified for the loan. They were very understanding, processed the paperwork, and refunded the earnest money with no hassle right away. I plan to place my next escrow with them.

        Town And Country Escrow Beaumont is not a business I would recommend. Mistakes, delays, and lack of professionalism were my experience. I could never speak with Jennifer Cass on the phone or in person. I did not feel welcomed in their office.
