Massage A Vu

Have you ever had the experience of becoming so desensitized to your own level of stress that you dont feel it anymore? Or even realize how stressed you actually are? I had that moment of realization with this massage. Lisa found knots I didnt realize were there and I ended up sleeping about 10 hours shortly after. I tend to like deep/firm pressure which she seems just to naturally possess in her technique and her friendly nature made me comfortable instantly. Literally, the best massage Ive had in years. Ill definitely be going back!

Amazing in home experience, massage was relaxing and at the same time stretching muscles for an even more relaxing feeling. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Lisa was GREAT! She visited my home & respected all the COVID precautions. She provided quality service & was very focused on the tension my body needed to release (the stretches were the BEST). I felt like a million bucks when she was all done; Ill certainly be rebooking again soon!
