        Today's update bricked my phone so I called T-Mobile to get my phone replaced under warranty. They said I could go into any store and exchange it since they left a note on my account. I come to this store and there was immediate reluctance to replace my phone for some reason. They said they couldn't replace mine even if they wanted to because they didn't have any in stock. They tell me they can't look up inventory in other stores, but I might have better luck at a corporate location. Well I go online to check the hours of the nearest corporate location, and the T-Mobile site not only lists inventory for each store, I find out they have Galaxy S9's in stock.
