David did an outstanding job on a 1 bedroom/1 bath remodel for us at an apartment building we manage in San Carlos. From start to finish working with him was so easy. I've worked with other contractors in the past and it can be a real headache, but not with Lagerloef Construction. It was my job to oversee the remodel, and the level of professionalism, craftsmanship and communication were exactly why it's worth every penny to get top quality that was delivered. I highly recommend Lagerloef and will happily refer others to him for their remodel projects in the future.

This company is amazing! So professional. Have been working on a historic church in San Carlos, The Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, and have done an amazing job. They had to tear out and replace a lot of stucco inside the back of the church, and their project was so neat and clean most parishioners didn't even notice that the work was being done! They also found some water damage in the wood paneling and repaired it seamlessly! We LOVE them here at Epiphany and can't recommend them highly enough!!

David did an incredible job in our guest cottage. We had a lot of finishing woodwork and it looks fabulous! Our project was small with a defined deadline and he did a great job with all of the details on time and within budget! It is such a relief to have a professional like David to call on for our next project.
