Jose was reffered to me by a friend who moved to a different city. When I emailed him, he responded promptly and professionally. I am glad I choose Dynamic Movers to do my moving because they protected all my items and all the staff made sure my items were their #1 priority. This company is one of the worst companies ever. They caused so many problems for us. Even at the beginning of getting a quote they gave us wrong prices which made us believe that doing business with this company was cool because we got a good deal. We asked the worker on phone if they would add any additional costs after the move and he confirmed many time to us that it won’t happen.But in the end they wanted us to add $2000+ for the move. In the end we were forced to make a deal with them since we already paid the deposit for $1000.
After all this arguing, they delivered our stuff to California for us but lies about the time they would come to arrive. We were waiting for our stuff to arrive at the destination for 12hrs because they kept delaying it. In the end they still didn’t deliver that day and made us wait for no reason at all. So they said they would deliver the next day at 10:00am. They arrived and we bumped into a problem which was the truck/trailer was too large.the movers said they will get another truck to load the stuff in it so that they could drive into the location but we needed to wait for 2 hrs. But ofc it wasn’t that simple, kept delaying again with multiple excuses which we believed and waiting 14hrs+ until 3:30am and still no delivery.
