I loved that the training had a fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere, that it was here at Jamaica my home, and that it was genuinely a great foundation for a yoga teacher to have. Subhadra is truly a next level teacher. These are some of the reasons that i chose YAI, and why I have recommended it to others many times.

Yoga Angels International is not just a YTT but a community. Subhadra leverages her decades of experience in yoga and wellness to craft a training program that provides practical opportunities for new and experienced teachers to grow their practice and strengthen their teaching skills. I completed my 200hr YTT in 2019 and did a 300hr in early 2020. Both experiences were excellent. Subhadra is also committed to making yoga accessible to EVERYONE and EVERY BODY, and she fosters a space that encourages true connection. I have made lifelong friends through my experience with Yoga Angels. I highly recommend.

I was introduced to yoga by Subhadra, founder of YAI. That was the start of one of the most powerful influences in my life. What I most like was that the training introduced me to my body - I could tell my thighs from my legs. I started to connect not only physically but also energetically with the various parts of my body, externally and internally.
I felt like YAI found me and that’s still a wonderful feeling. Subhadra is of that kind of essence that connects with people and once you’re in her presence or become aware of her program, it almost becomes logical to want to be a part of her program.
The teachers program has helped me to improve body awareness but it also helps to create mental clarity and overall well-being. The program engenders confidence and self worth and is a great start for anyone who wishes to develop their potential, their quality of life and aspirations

Yoga Angels teacher training will expand your practice and teaching skills. There is a focus on getting you to teach, while and long after the training. Yoga angels will give you opprtunities to have your classes going, this stands out amongst other YTTs. There are knowledgeable guest teachers.
Plus, after taking part in the training once, you can come back any time there is a next training. Free of charge, as many times as you want and need.
