This is the best spa experience ever! The people are so friendly, the service is top notch and the services are amazing. This is a class act in my book and I would come again and refer my co-workers, friends and family.

When I booked my spa service, the lady was so nice and friendly. I got it for Valentine's Day so I expected to pay a little more. We tried to schedule a few times but no one answered. When we finally schedule it, we found out why. The owner doubles as the front desk but also does massages, so when she takes a client, no one is in front. We paid about $400 because she spoke so highly of it and made it seem like this all day health spa with all the amenities. Too bad I didn’t read these posts. The room is decent and they have chill music, but they made us wait in the room for a while. We called out and she said take your bath and we will start the massage later. Fine, we went into the tiny bath tub that barely fits two thin people but tried to make the best of it. Then again, we went out and asked for the massage so they came in a half hour later. The massage was supposed to be for 80 Minutes but she said it was not in her notes so we were SOL. It was as good as the $20 massages I have gotten before. I don’t think she rubbed any gold on us but then again, at this price, she must have. She had the audacity to tell me that the "experience" was all inclusive in the price except the tip. I already felt like a huge idiot paying this much for an hour massage. I am not sure what world this lady lives in that she thinks someone should pay this much money for an hour massage. So if you hit the lottery or just inherited millions of dollars and are looking for a way to seriously blow it away, I guess this is a good place. If it was more reasonably priced I may have had some more nice things to say as you can tell. The real amazing thing is that this place has survived, but I guess a few more chumps like me and doubling as all the employees and viola... the "SPA415 experience"
