My partner and I had a recommendation to stay here from a friend and it did not disappoint. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, the accommodations were great.
If you’re a light sleeper however, you may want to try the private house as opposed to the motel. We heard transports going by all night, and the heater made a boom noise every time it turned on. That being said, it would not disuade us from staying there again!
I absolutely loved my stay at Virginia Creek Settlement. ♥️♥️♥️

Staff not very friendly. Ordered sausage gravy and biscuits. One bite had sausage! No flavor. The item was listed as a side but when we got our bill, the price was twice as much and when we questioned it the waitress said she charged us the meal price instead of the side item. Uh...it wasn't on the menu as a meal so we should have been informed ahead of time. Want a good breakfast? Don't go here!
