Same quality as a typical Panda Express, hence the three stars. Service can be slow here. A short line can take awhile.

It's inside the Pavillions, and there's not much seating. The food is good, although last time I went half the entrees were empty due to the lunch rush. Hopefully, they'll plan better in the future.
