Ben, the owner, has been working with us one on one and has been great in explaining the entire process, developing a floor plan that works with our budget. He is detail oriented and gives us confidence the project will meet or exceed our expectations when completed. We are so happy with the work of Creative Innovation Developers. While searching for a contractor to renovate our kitchen, we met with four different companies and were impressed with Ben's honesty and ideas. We did a sizeable renovation, including a full remodel of the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Throughout it all, Ben, Ozzie and all the workers went above and beyond. Every single person was courteous, worked hard and did an amazing job. They were reliable, honest and responded quickly to every question. We have been working with Ben for over 4 months on a complete renovation of our 50 year old home. The whole process has been done very professionally with great results. Creative Innovation Developers Inc. has a whole crew of very hard workers who do a terrific job on the large projects and small ones as well. We would highly recommend this contractor for any home renovation or remodeling project.

Ben and the team at Creative Innovation Developers Inc. are fantastic. I had multiple bids to renovate a 3 story single family home and Ben showed up on sight, walked through my plans and had a quote ready with 24 hours. They handled all permits, spoke with the neighbors about the work his team was doing and stayed on time (and most importantly on budget). We had multiple things change throughout the process due to the age and layout of the home and each time Ben was upfront offering a solution to every problem. His entire team was courteous and I had no problems interacting with anyone throughout the entire remodel. We had purchased a faulty tankless hot water heater and his team took care of the entire process of getting a new one directly from the manufacture and having the plumber come back and reinstall it at no extra cost. During this time when we did not have heat, they purchased a space heater for us. These are the little things that the Creative Innovation Developers Inc. team does that do not go unnoticed! I would highly recommend Ben and the Creative Innovation Developers Inc. team!
