Fixed Price Movers Burbank

Worst experience ever due to foreman Dennis' behavior. He is the man on picture 2, right side. The bid was fine, it was 200$ less than other company in Garden Grove. I clearly explained to the estimators from both companies that I was moving to a two story apartment with one (elevator) entrance on each floor. The issue is the elevator does not land on the ground floor. So, in any case, the movers would have to take only one flight of stairs. Considering this, I'm an architect and I prepared two floor plans with the location of the furniture, to avoid confusions. Dennis disregarded them and said we'd see when we arrived. He began complaining immediately, he was mad at me because of my hangers, he was forcing my best Winter jackets inside the box-closet, he took my printer which was left on the SIDE- UPSIDE DOWN without any care. He made a mess inside the bathrooms that were impeccable. When he arrived and discovered they had to take the front staircase, he was in fury. I tried to be on every floor as much as I could to help. The movers (not their fault) messed up the furniture location, things from the 3rd floor were on the 2nd floor and viceversa. They left heavy kitchen boxes in the bedroom, next to my computers as well, they never read the labels and not even the number which indicated the story. Dennis saw me around the truck and (unbelievable!!) he asked me to carry one of my all in one computers, which is pretty heavy. It had no wrap, nothing. I took it with me and I came across one of the movers who helped me get to the elevator. At last, I was on the 3rd floor with Dennis, and he asked me for help to move a heavy console, which he pushed and broke part of its leg. In front of me. Then we went to the second floor and he asked if I needed something else. I said, the rug please put it on the carpet. And he was mad again, treating me so bad in front of the movers. I said, Dennis stop it because you owe me respect, I'm your senior and your client, but he would not stop. The three movers were silent, listening. Finally he made me sign paperwork for the insurance but nothing was done so far, though Johnny (the estimator) has seen all the pictures and said he'd get back to me when he knows something. My printer was left half of it in overhang on the table (it shows error now), the boxes were squeezed, two chairs damaged, the glass table leg damaged, etc. One bookcase was left with the plastic wrap, there were balls of tape under the furniture, ..As a side note, after such a mess, I almost forgot to give the movers a tip. It was enough to set Dennis in fury again. I can't believe there is such an uneducated man working with this company. It's been a horrible experience, thanks to the foreman. My arms were full of bruises, Johnny has all the pictures with dates and time.

Alex and his crew were a huge help during our move! They were on time, quick, and professional. They checked in frequently to make sure they placed everything exactly where we wanted it. Highly recommend them for a big or small move!
