I really love this place! Quiet place right near the Burbank city center, beautiful oaks and and squirrels right at the door of complex. Carol Freed is very helpful and professional, she helped us to prepare all the documents and move-in in about a week.

Booked a tour with a confirmed email with the leasing agent. Waited around for 20 minutes past the time. she never showed :( they are decent looking apartments from the outside tough. No clue about inside. Sad and unfortunate process with the service.

We had one of the penthouse apartments and enjoyed the views and spacious apartment. The on-site manager, Carol, was always helpful & supportive to all the residents and was a pleasure to work with.

Since renting here almost 19 months ago the pool has NOT been open but for a few weeks.  I understand all the Covid stuff but that is gone yet the pool remains closed and they still have it serviced but CLOSED AND LOCKED.  NO furniture in the courtyard, no grills, no landscaping just an area that cannot be used BUT they advertise with Luxurious courtyard and pool.  Bottom line is if a pool and common area is on your checklist do be aware there is a pool BUT IT is locked AND CANNOT BE USED AND IF BRICK AND CONCRETE IS YOUR IDEA OF LUXURIOUS then maybe this is the place for you.  Don't be fooled.....the chocolates in the box are not what you think.

This building is absolutely the worst building you could possibly live. The building is in a disastrous condition with everything continuously breaking. The building management /ownership is the worst and irresponsible. Most recently the boiler broke the second time within a month and there hasn't been any hot water for days for the entire building. There is a major cockroach problem due to water problems and the management continuously lies about the bug problems. I am not even talking about the electricity issues. Electricity shuts off when it rains as the electric switches are outside and submerges in water. The dryer vent is shoved into the wall instead of installing to the outside so the dryer doesn't work. If you are smart you would stay out of this building.
I am shocked that people are giving 5 stars to this building. I suspect they are hired content writers.
UPDATE: One year later: None of the issues above have been resolved. And to top it off, last week the building manager physically assaulted me in her office over a $50 space heater which she had leant me when the central heating had broke. I called the police and regrettably did not have her arrested when the police gave me the option to take her in handcuffs.
At the same time our 2nd bathroom has not been able to flush after notifying the management of weird noises in the pipes. The management and the plumber are adamant that it's the quilted toiler paper from Costco. I reported the physical assault to the upper building management and did not hear anything back.
If you want to be assaulted and not be able to poop then this is the place for you!
So grateful that I am finally vaccinated so I can get out of here.
