Red Rhino's Team was excellent! They arrived on time, were polite, asked pointed relevant questions and went right to work. They found the problem, explained the issues to me clearly and showed me how they came to their determination. They also went through how they could address the problem immediately and the greater more long term solution that our pool contractor needed to perform. Red Rhino's team worked hard to find the problem. They got into the pool and into all the spaces, big and small, to understand exactly what was going on and where the leak may be. Red Rhino is up to date on the technology they utilize to provide reports immediately which includes photos. This is a team you can rely upon to find your leak! I highly recommend Red Rhino!

Pool problem was loss of water - and due to lack of circulation a major algae bloom. Other services were called upon to clear the water so Red Rhino tech could enter the water and do his examination. I knew the leak was in the pipes for either the main drain or the skimmer or both. Problem was resolved to skimmer support. The skimmer was plugged so that the main drain could continue supporting circulation. For now the problem is solved and I can determine what I wish to do with the skimmer.
