Mission Statement:

    Tepper Restaurant Supply & Equipment. was created to provide the critical key

    element in restaurant design;

      “functional layout of the food facility”.  By combining functional design, personal   

    attention to detail with the individual clients’ needs our priority. Our mission is to     

    better facilitate the relationship between the owner, chef, architect, interior     

    designer, and contractor to provide a functional foodservice plan for a

    new or remodeled facility.

Opening a Restaurant

  Much like a recipe, opening a restaurant requires all the necessary ingredients for success.     

   Upon leaving a restaurant, Customers can rave about the atmosphere and the superb food   

   but the never know that the key ingredient begins well before the doors open. 

   The coordination between  a Food Facility Designer, owner, chef and interior designer.

   The Food facility Designer keeps all of their desires in mind and at the same time provides   

    function and flow for a successful Hospitality venue.

 Personal Bio:

    Mark Tepper, with his years of experience and knowledge in the Hospitality Industry

    specializes in designing functional Food Facility plans for the Health Department.

    Mark Tepper’s equipment company has fully equipped and installed projects with a

    wide diverse list of independent restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and schools.   

    He has an established name and reputation for Food Facility Design,  not as an architect

    but rather as a technician, that makes food facilities perform in their daily operations.
