Dean, owner of Napa Valley Home Inspections was incredibly professional as well as knowledgeable. He saved us thousands of dollars in finding, not so obvious issues, that would have cropped up after the sale of the house. Thanks to his through inspection we were saved in time and costs.

Our experience with NVHI has been fantastic! Mike is professional and proficient, and followed through every step as promised. He even took the time at the end of the inspection to verbally summarize everything he had seen and inspected, and gave us the chance at that time to not only ask questions but also go over anything we had possibly noticed that he may have missed.
He was very thorough and his level of attention to detail were as if he were inspecting the home for himself, which was very reassuring as a first-time buyer. He really helped us feel more confident and knowledgeable about our purchase, which is the goal of the process.
We feel more equipped to manage our new property with the knowledge Mike was able to give us. Thank you! You’ve made this part of the process super positive for us!

Dean was was both professional and thoughtful when he inspected our home in the Fall of '16. His guidance was trustworthy, educational and most importantly honest. Addressing each detail thoroughly gave us the confidence to move forward with our decision. As first time home buyers the intake of such a volume of new information is daunting and exhausting and Dean was more than willing to answer questions to help us best understand the context. 6 months in to owning our home Dean was willing to return to answer questions for us regarding drainage and proper installation of a sump pump. Responsive over the phone and he has done a great job translating many technical things to simple to understand terms!
Best choice we could have made for a local home inspector of integrity!
