Avis Car Rental

The Avis rental location always provides spotless vehicles!

I was just charged in full on my debit card for a cracked window my insurance covers and had attempted to pay but Avis would not let them. They sent me a threatening letter that said they would charge me 20 days from the day the letter was written, I called and the customer service representative assured me they would not charge me. They of course did, and said their roadside assistance charged me by overriding the card that had been opened to stop the charge. So ridiculous!!!!

Great experience at Camarillo location. Friendly helpful staff. Quick service for pick up drop off.

Pick up in Camarillo was easy and the staff members were helpful and friendly. The car was in great shape and we especially appreciated that there wasnt an extra charge to drop the car off at the Burbank airport. This was our second time renting from Avis in Camarillo and well definitely rent from there again.
