I hope none of you get into an auto accident with one of their insurers. Their claim handlers never answer, phone always goes to voicemail or their mailbox is full. I left countless voicemails and maybe received 1 phone call/voicemail In which of course when calling back they NEVER answer. I even called their supervisor and left a voicemail with all my information and never got a callback. These people know who they are. I dont have to name names. After COUNTLESS emails and many many voicemails I received maybe 2 emails over months of attempts. From there I received no updates ever on the claim and their insurer was of course underinsured. I feel sorry for people that are actually insured by this company. If Im treated like this I can only imagine how the actual insurers are. Now I have to wait months and months to HOPE I get my deductible refunded since I had to go through my own insurance or else my car would have been rotting away until their insurer came up with the money which will probably be never.
