My husband and I will not be renewing our lease and at this point, we are counting down the months until we could leave. Since we moved in we've had to call maintenance about issues with our washer, garage, balcony, front door, and now dishwasher. These apartments are really outdated and old. This never bothered us as much until the costumer service continued to get worse as well. After calling more than a week ago to have somebody come look at our dishwasher MULTIPLE times, they just chose to ignore us. "Someone will come today" is the response we get when we are able to reach them. IF they even pick up the phone when we call the resident line. Ridiculous. Consider all these factors before moving here

First off you'll be luck if you find parking on a good day lol. Another things is the gangs in the area you cant even let your kids go to the park or the pool because the troublemakers always drinking, smoking and vandalizing things. I gotta admit the crime rate has lowered I remember a few years ago getting your home or car broken into was a regular activity

Besides no parking, I am scoring a 1 because I was scheduled an appointment to see a 1 bedroom. Drove all the way here, for the the first morning appointment and apparently they didn't have my price range. When clearly that's why I scheduled because that was my first question I asked when scheduling and it was in my range.
Didn't get to see the property but rating a 1 for my inconvenience.
