My washer was leaking and I am sure that it was flooding under the machine. I saw a huge puddle of water still sitting there the next day. The washer was never moved or dried properly. I attempted to dry it as much as I could. However I couldn't move the washer myself, i thought matinance would at least be able to make sure the area was dry so no mold can grow. The area has not been properly dried. I'm worried about mold growing.

It is a very nice and quiet place, but the maintenance is terrible, I have to keep calling because the washer and dryer don't work and they just run and fix it for a week then it stays the same, and the people in the office never answer the phone, no They care if the utilities are good or not, bad service
