I bought parts to fix my truck. After replacing the parts my truck still had the same error code so I broke down and took it to Toyota. They replaced the electrical connections to the parts I bought, but they continued to get the same error code. They replaced the parts I bought at Napa and now my truck works. I returned the parts to Napa with copies of my receipt from Toyota and gave them the service managers name and number. I was told by the manager that he would have to contact the manufacturer prior to issuing me a refund Its been over a week and I still have not been contacted or refunded my money. When I called for an update after not hearing from them for a week I was told The manager is busy. He has your number and is working on it. He will call you.
